Beverage Plant was built in May 2011. It is composed of beverage ingredients workshop, beverage production workshop and beverage packing workshop with total area approx 3000 square meters. It was formally put into operation in September 2011.

　　The workshop was introduced the most advanced stainless steel automatic production line with annual design production capacity of 5000 tons. It is mainly used for processing berry juice beverage.

　　The raw material of juice is 100% from concentrate and the water for processing is from deep well with the depth of 140 meters. It is filtered by quartz sand filter and activated carbon, through sodium ion exchange resin and secondary reverse osmosis system, and turns into pure water.

　　With the Class 100,000 full closed aseptic bottling area, the products avoid contact with the outside in the bottling process, and eradicate the secondary contamination.

　　After filling and capping, the products go into sterilization channel, are applied high temperature sterilization by spray sterilizer, and conform to the National Health Inspection Standards.

　　Shortly after the “Xue Du” juice beverage(Blueberry Juice Drink, Blackcurrant Juice Drink, Red Raspberry Juice Drink, Wild Grape Juice Drink) came into the market, they have been well received. In December 2012, they were awarded the Harbin City famous-brand products.
